The National Contact Point for Legal & Financial is the main provider of assistance and information on Funding Schemes, Rules of Participation, Model Grant Agreements and the Guide to Financial Issues.
The Guide to Financial Issues includes; payment modalities, cash flow, pre-financing, transfer of budget between beneficiaries, co-ordinators bank-accounts, special clauses, reporting and payments, certificate of financial statements, reports and deliverables, third party costs, sub-contracting, eligible costs, direct and indirect costs, excluded costs, personnel costs, overhead rates, lump sum payments and controls and sanctions. Additionally guidelines and advice are also offered on IPR issues.
