Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) is a key organisation in the implementation of the NDP 2007-2013 and the Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation 2006-2013.

  • Dr Graeme Horley

    Dr. Graeme Horley is a Scientific Programme Manager (Pre-Award Team) within Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) and is also the National Contact Point (NCP) for the for the Life Sciences and Physical Sciences & Engineering domains of the European Research Council (ERC), liaising with our colleagues in the Irish Research Council.

    Dr. Horley was previously the national representative for the NanoSci-E+ ERAnet programme and was a key contributor to SFI’s successful application to the Marie Curie COFUND scheme.

    He has principal responsibility for the coordination of calls to two programmes (SIRG and CDA) dedicated to supporting earlier-career researchers, and has also had responsibility for, amongst others, the Conferences & Workshops and ISCA programmes.
